I'd just like to point out that I'm not retired. The league folded and I was not willing to go overseas to play in the European Knee-Basketball League.
That's my bad. You're exactly right. And your decision I think was the correct one. Those European leagues are vicious: tiny apartments, no AC, concrete floors. Your talent would have been lost on them. They've got no camaraderie or vision.
