I don't know why, but I keep putting this in. It's this or Yabby You for the past few days.
Reading = Paul Auster's The New York Trilogy
I have trouble placing him. I'd put he and Barthelme in a similar category. Both taking on Beckett in interesting ways. His style is so clean (similar to Doctorow).
