Bought this thinking it was Moanin'. . . . It's not. I got confused. This is 1960. Still excellent. Freddie Hubbard is still in the group. . . . Curtis Fuller is in good form. And Wayne Shorter here is just four years away from Miles's Quartet and blowing asiatic strangeness. Not as good as Orgy in Rhythm, but that's a very different band and occasion. . . .
